Introduction

By accessing and using ( Aqar Platform ) operated by ( Aqar Commercial Application Company ), you acknowledge and agree, without any modification, restrictions or alteration, to this Terms and Conditions Agreement and any other policies governing the use of the services of ( Aqar Platform ), and you acknowledge and guarantee your legal eligibility to enter. In this agreement in accordance with all terms and conditions contained herein.

You must read the terms and conditions every time you use ( Aqar platform ) to ensure that you are aware of all the terms and conditions currently in effect. Accordingly, your continued use of any of the ( Aqar Platform ) is considered your acceptance of any change in the terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions agreement that was published on ( Aqar Platform ) was developed to protect and preserve the rights of both (Aqar Commercial Application Company) and users who benefit from the services of ( Aqar Platform ) with or without registration.

Definitions

• Aqar Commercial Application Company: It is a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with its headquarters in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it manages and operates the services ( Aqar platform ).
• Aqar Platform: The websites and applications through which Aqar Commercial App Company provides real estate and tourism marketing services, including, but not limited to:
  • Saudi Real Estate application on iOS
  • Saudi Real Estate application on the Android system
  • Saudi Aqar website ( https://sa.aqar.fm )
  • Aqar Kuwait website ( https://kw.aqar.fm )
• User: is the real or legal person who accesses or uses ( Aqar platform ) to benefit from the services provided through the platform, whether with or without registration. They are collectively referred to in this agreement as (Users).
